Individualized Support Services
We provide individualized supports for individuals with FASD based on their needs, goals, and circumstances. Our supports are designed to help individuals navigate systems, build skills, access resources, and maintain connections to their communities.
Navigation Program
Our Navigation Program provides support on an as-needed basis. Navigators work alongside individuals to help them access services, understand systems, connect with community resources, advocate for their needs, and work through challenges as they arise.
Our Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) provides intensive, long-term support to women who are at risk of having a child exposed to alcohol during pregnancy. The program focuses on building relationships, reducing barriers, connecting participants with services, and supporting healthy outcomes for women and their children.
Transition Program
Our Transition Program supports youth as they prepare to move from youth-focused services into adult services and greater independence. Support is individualized to help youth navigate changes in services, develop skills, establish connections, and prepare for the next stage of their lives.
