Housing and Community Living

Our Housing and Community Living services provide safe, stable, and FASD-informed housing options designed to foster independence, dignity, and personal growth. Recognizing that stable housing is the foundation for overall well-being, our supports are tailored to meet individuals where they are. We work collaboratively with residents to build independent living skills, foster community connections, and create supportive environments that honor each person's unique strengths and needs.

Sheltering Arms

Located directly within our building, Sheltering Arms is a 24/7 supported living residence specifically designed for individuals with FASD who require continuous, structured support. The facility offers a safe, predictable, and home-like environment with around-the-clock staffing. Residents receive individualized assistance with daily routines, life skills, meal preparation, medication management, and social engagement, enabling them to live safely and thrive within a supportive community.

Community Living and Independent Support

Our workers provide flexible, outreach-based support for individuals living independently in the community. Designed to help people maintain their housing and thrive in their day-to-day lives, workers assist with practical tasks tailored to the individual’s needs. Support can include help with grocery shopping, meal planning, budgeting, attending appointments, home organization, maintaining routine, and navigating everyday challenges in an FASD-informed way.
