Prenatal Alcohol Exposure
Our prevention work focuses on creating opportunities for honest, informed, and stigma-free conversations about alcohol, pregnancy, and prenatal alcohol exposure. We work with individuals, families, and communities to promote healthy pregnancies and support informed choices.

The Prevention Conversation
The Prevention Conversation creates opportunities for open, respectful conversations about alcohol use, pregnancy, and prenatal alcohol exposure. We provide information, answer questions, and encourage people to talk about these topics without judgment or stigma.
The goal is to make prevention a shared community conversation and help people understand how they can contribute to healthier pregnancies and healthier communities.
PCAP (Parent and Child Assistance Program)
PCAP (Parent and Child Assistance Program) is a prevention program that supports women who are pregnant or parenting young children and are experiencing challenges related to substance use.
The program provides individualized, relationship-based support to help participants access resources, connect with community services, work toward their goals, and reduce barriers that may contribute to substance-exposed births.
PCAP takes a strengths-based, non-judgmental approach that meets participants where they are and supports them in creating healthier outcomes for themselves and their children.
Mocktails
Mocktails are a community prevention initiative that creates opportunities to talk about alcohol, pregnancy, and prenatal alcohol exposure in a positive and engaging way. Through alcohol-free drinks and community activities, we encourage conversations about healthy pregnancies and the role that individuals and communities can play in prevention.
The initiative provides a welcoming way to share information, challenge stigma, and promote alcohol-free choices while building awareness of prenatal alcohol exposure.
